John answered our Sunday evening voicemails promptly on Monday morning, explained the procedure, and arrived on time on the agreed upon date. In less than an hour the entire pile of "stuff" we had left on our driveway was expertly packed away into his trailer and on its way to the dump. John hauled away a lot of stuff that was left at my rental. He showed up on time when he said he would, which was good since I was in from out of town and had a lot to do in a short time. He broke down all the big stuff so it would all fit in his big trailer without having to make two trips, which saved me money, and time.
